Please open the package to check inside before you sign at the courier at door. If it is not the correct product you ordered, please refuse the delivery & contact our customer support team immediately to let us know of the issue. We will arrange shipment of a replacement to you as soon as possible.
In case you already signed your package please contact the TEVO support team and report actual problem of wrong package delievered. Our support team is here to help you and will re-arrange a return & new delivery of the correct package.
